I have the honor to report,
for Your Lordship's information, that on representation from the Surveyor General that further access is required to the Sea from a certain part of the Queen's Road, I have sanctioned the resumption of portions of Marine Lots No 511 and 55, in order that the necessary lane or street may be formed there.
The consequent reduction of Marine Lot 873, and the general regarding sale of land from the Surveyor General to Sir J. Bowring.
